• Very good knowledge of English, which will enable you to communicate freely with candidates
• Interest in the area of recruitment
• Ease of establishing contacts and conducting conversations will be a great advantage
• Creativity will certainly help you in accomplishing received tasks
• Openness to learn the unique recruitment methods we use
• Ability to use LinkedIn and its candidate search functionality preferred
• Studies in psychology, human resources management or a related field will provide a solid foundation, but are not a must


• You will learn about the overall functioning of the recruitment department in the only company on the Polish market that provides outsourcing of highly specialized consultants to international public institutions such as NATO and the EU
• You will learn unique recruitment methods prepared for our company by the university staff of the Faculty of Psychology of Adam Mickiewicz University
• You will work with recruiters with many years of experience and great Team Leaders who will help you start your recruitment adventure
• You will meet with managers and directors of various departments to learn about various aspects of the company’s work
• We will provide you with individual training on the recruitment methods we use, the specifics of cooperation with clients from the public and governance sector
• You will master the search of candidates with unique sets of competencies
• You will gain the ability to conduct a behavioural interview and a comprehensive assessment of the candidate
• You will independently carry out tasks related to recruiting candidates to our database and then support recruiters in searching for specialists to meet the current needs of our clients
• After completing the internship, you will be able to conduct the recruitment process yourself and prepare application documents
• In addition to ongoing feedback, at the end of the internship, you will have a summary interview during which we will point out your strengths and areas whose strengthening will contribute to the flourishing of your career
• Depending on the results of the final assessment and the current demand in the company, we anticipate the possibility of further cooperation


• Tasks will be adapted to the skills acquired during training and will gradually become more and more responsible as you develop
• After analyzing job descriptions, you will have the opportunity to search for suitable candidates among top specialists in Europe, using various channels and methods (Boolean search, Google search, etc.)
• You will send personalized messages to candidates to encourage them to participate in unique recruitment processes
• Under the supervision of senior colleagues and team leaders, you will conduct the first screening call with candidates, check the level of their competences using psychometric methods, and conduct a behavioural interview with the candidate
• You will help in preparing application documents (CV, compliance matrix and others) for contracting positions in NATO or the EU in accordance with the standards required by these institutions
• You will enter candidate data into our ATS system
• With the support of Team Leaders, you will manage your time to complete the tasks assigned to you within the set deadlines
